    Nice experience staff is supportive nice to stay near railway station ok for traveling people good for family

    There is no early check in facility. The reception refused to allow for allotment early before 2 pm as mention. He allowed to take dormattry on extra-pay. At 2. 30 pm on asking for allotmement but again refused. On complaining to owner then room allotted and order not to charge extra.

    It doesn't have a good ambiance, rooms are smelling very bad, and the bedsheets are dirty and have lots of hygiene issues

    Bad property, rooms are dirty, if u ask the team, their behavior is also too rude. They are charging twice as per room quality. Complimentary water is also not available. They are charging 40 rs for one lit. Water bottle. Mosquitos inside of the room. Toilets are also not cleaned.

    Nice spacious rooms, neat and clean. Front office executive was well behaved. Good hotel for business and solo travelers. For family will not prefer, as bar is inside the hotel with full crowd.
